Welcome
On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, the European Policy Action Centre on Violence against Women (EPAC VAW) is really pleased to announce the launch of its new website, presenting the European Women’s Lobby Observatory on violence against women, data and reports on the situation in thirty countries from the European Union and neighboring countries, current news, as well as a resources on violence against women. Since 2008, EPAC VAW is supported by the EC Daphne III Programme.
In Europe today, one in four women is a victim of male violence.
